Brian Halstrom, Class of 2010

Brian Halstrom played forward for the Valiants during some of the program's earliest competitive seasons. As one of the players who helped establish Manhattanville Men's Hockey as a serious program, Brian brought energy and work ethic to the ice every day. His willingness to compete and his leadership in the locker room set the tone for the classes that followed him.

After earning his degree in business management, he entered commercial real estate and built a career at CBRE, where he now serves as Senior Director of Sales. Based in Stamford, Brian focuses on investment sales across Fairfield County, working with institutional and private investors on commercial property transactions. His ability to build relationships and navigate complex deals reflects the competitive discipline he developed as a college athlete.

He coaches youth hockey in the Stamford area and has helped organize alumni events for former Valiants players in the Connecticut and Westchester region. Brian has been a driving force in keeping former teammates connected and ensuring the Valiants community stays strong long after graduation. He lives in Stamford with his wife and three children.
